Welcome to Bloom Workshop ("Bloom Workshop," "we," "us," or "our"). These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of www.hellobloomworkshop.com (the "Site") and your purchase of products from us. By accessing the Site or placing an order, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.
1. About Us
Bloom Workshop sells handmade shelving and home decor pieces, made in California. We also maintain a store on Etsy; these Terms apply to purchases made directly through our Site.
2. Products
All products are handmade. As such, slight variations in color, grain, texture, and finish between the photos and the item you receive are normal and not considered defects.
We make reasonable efforts to display product colors and details accurately, but we do not guarantee that your device's display will reflect the exact appearance of the product.
We reserve the right to limit quantities, discontinue products, or modify product descriptions and pricing at any time without notice.
3. Orders and Payment
By placing an order, you confirm that the information you provide (shipping address, contact details, payment information) is accurate and complete.
Payments are processed securely through Squarespace Payments. We do not store your full payment card details.
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order, including in cases of suspected fraud, pricing errors, or product unavailability. If we cancel an order after payment, you will receive a full refund.
Prices are listed in U.S. dollars and do not include applicable sales tax or shipping costs, which will be calculated at checkout.
4. Custom Orders
If you request a custom or made-to-order piece:
Production timelines may be longer than for in-stock items, and estimated timelines are not guaranteed.
Custom items are made specifically for you and are generally non-refundable and non-returnable except in cases of defect or damage (see Section 6), unless otherwise agreed in writing.
5. Shipping
We ship within the United States. Please refer to the product details for current shipping timelines.
Shipping timelines are estimates and not guaranteed; we are not responsible for carrier delays.
Risk of loss and title for products pass to you upon our delivery to the shipping carrier. If your order arrives damaged, please contact us promptly (see Section 6).
You are responsible for providing an accurate shipping address. We are not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by you.
6. Returns, Refunds, and Damaged Items
If your item arrives damaged or defective, contact us at hellobloomworkshop@gmail.com within 7 days of delivery, with photos of the damage, so we can make it right (replacement or refund).
Refunds are issued to the original payment method once the returned item is received and inspected.
Custom or made-to-order items are not eligible for return unless defective (see Section 4).

7. Intellectual Property
All content on the Site — including photos, product designs, logos, and text — is the property of Bloom Workshop and may not be copied, reproduced, or used without our written permission.
8. User Conduct
When using the Site, you agree not to:

Attempt to interfere with the Site's security or functionality
Submit false or misleading information when placing an order
Scrape, copy, or republish Site content without permission
9. Third-Party Links and Services
Our Site may link to third-party sites (such as our Etsy shop or Instagram). We are not responsible for the content, policies, or practices of third-party sites.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Bloom Workshop is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Site or your purchase of our products. Our total liability for any claim related to a purchase will not exceed the amount you paid for the product in question.
11. Disclaimer of Warranties
Products are provided "as is." Other than any express warranties stated on the Site or at the time of sale, we disclaim all other warranties, express or implied, including implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose, to the fullest extent permitted by law.
12. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the Site will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in California, unless otherwise required by applicable law.
13. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated "Last Updated" date. Continued use of the Site after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
